The difference we make

We help people resolve their problems, help them get out of debt and help them claim the benefits that they are entitled to.  By helping people address their problems, this help reduce stress and worry, makes people healthier and reduce pressure on other services, such as health and social care.  Maximising people's incomes enables more choice and this extra money can contribute positively to the local community.  Removing problems and barriers, to work, education and social activities contributes to increasing wellbeing and social inclusion.
