Housing Support Team

Our Housing Support Team recently worked with a client who had health issues, was struggling with money and about to be made homeless through no fault of her own.  We supported her with securing a new tenancy, repairs to the new property, understanding the benefits system alongside work she had been offered and with personal budgeting.

 

Our client is now in a much better place and said - 'Great to know you can always go to someone at Citizens Advice confident that someone is there for you to help you understand everything.  All are so nice!'
