Citizens Advice Rossendale and Hyndburn provide a range of information and advice services to help you with whatever issues you are trying to deal with

We offer advice over the phone, by email or face to face

Our our friendly assessors will help you identify the next best steps to solve your problem.  You can contact us using Adviceline, which is open Monday to Friday 10am - 4pm.  Please ring 0300 456 2552 to speak with an assessor.

Alternatively, complete our online contact form and we can ring you back or address your issue by email.  We aim to respond within 5 working days.

In many cases we can help you to solve your problem the first time you contact us, you may not need to travel to an appointment. If your problem is complex or you need more help, we may need to make an appointment with one of our advisers, a specialist caseworker or refer you onto another agency who can best help you.

We do not operate a ‘one size fits all’ service.  Wherever possible we will try and provide you with information and advice in the most appropriate way for you.
