General Advice

From the 19th July Citizens Advice Rossendale & Hyndburn are continuing to keep our staff, volunteers and clients safe by practicing social distancing, wearing masks and regular hand washing.  

We will continue to deliver advice and support over the phone, where we will complete an assessment and offer advice where possible.  If it is not possible to continue to support you over the phone, we may be able to offer you a pre-booked appointment to see an adviser.  You must agree to our Covid Secure measures before we are able to see you face to face. 

Citizens Advice Rossendale and Hyndburn provide a range of information and advice services; where we cannot help you, we may be able to find someone else who can.

We offer advice over the phone, by email or face to face.


Our our friendly advisers will help you identify the next best steps to solve your problem.  You can contact us using Adviceline to speak with an assessor, from Monday to Friday between 9am - 5pm on 0808 278 7975 .

Alternatively, complete our online contact form and we can ring you back or address your issue by email.  We aim to respond within 5 working days.

We do not operate a ‘one size fits all’ service.  Wherever possible we will try and provide you with information and advice in the most appropriate way for you.
