Every local Citizens Advice is a registered charity and part of a national network of Citizens Advice offices, helping over 2.7 million people a year.  Over 20,000 of the people involved in the service are trained volunteers.

Volunteering with Citizens Advice is a great way to learn new skills, make friends and feel part of an enthusiastic team. And it’s not just worthwhile; volunteering can also be fantastic fun and hugely rewarding.

You can volunteer in a wide variety of roles from providing information and advice to fundraising, admin, campaigning or trusteeship.
